Other than the cost of an oil change (and almost everything else in 2025 life) being outrageous these days, my experience at Bruner was outstanding.

i was very satisfied with my latest service appointment, Robert Shackelford (service advisor) was as he always is very helpful and professional. He is one of the main reasons I trust Bruner with all my service needs on my two GM vehicles.

Easy, didn't take too long to complete the process. Salesman, Ben was very nice, knowledgeable of the vehicle

I was a bit wary to purchase a new vehicle because my old salesman/friend, Larry Wooten, had retired. As soon as I met Bryan Manley, I knew I had nothing to worry about and he would take as good care of me as Larry always had. Bryan was more than helpful and so patient with us and I plan on telling others to go by and talk to him when they are in the market for a new vehicle.

HAD TO BRING CAR BACK IN BECAUSE IT APPEARED THAT TIRES HAD NOT BEEN ROTATED HAD A FLAT ON RIGHT FRONT TIRE BEFORE SERVICE MARKED WITH YELLOW CHALK RR TIRE SENSOR TIRE WITH CHALK MARK STILL IN SAME POSITION AFTER DISCUSSION AGREED TO ROTATE AT NEXT OIL CHANGE AT NO CHARGE WHICH WAS SATISFACTORY

Ben is the best! His no stress approach and knowledge easily convinced me to switch from a Ford F350 to a Chevy 3500.

Everyone was great! Doug (Fleet Sales - and my lead sales person), Kyle (Sales Mgr), Rocky and Alan (Parts) and Anita (Financing) were all great to work with. You can tell Mr. Bruner sets a “family” tone and everyone on the team has bought in and takes it to heart….kind, courteous, respectful, etc. My first experience buying a vehicle with the Bruner family was pleasant, which is saying something in today’s world.

bad battery in my 2017 truck. Bruner had a service tech sent to jump truck. Drove to Bruner to exchange battery. Battery service was $390 for battery and $150 for service! !battery cost was very hi for the replacement!

Bryan was excellent. He had all the answers. I would highly recommend him as a salesman. He took the time to explain things on a new car. Things had really changed from my 2013 Acadia until now.

I set-up my appointment on line with a person I personally knew because I was going out of state on vacation and I didn't want to deal with a lot of phone calls/questions about the services I needed for my car. I left a very detailed list of what I needed done. I am a previous GM employee and aware of how the warranty & dealership services are supposed to work for a customer. I left a very specific written list of instructions for my car with intention to make the process simply and not have a lot of phone calls while I was out of state on vacation. When I dropped my car off I was paired up with a service person I did not know not the person I booked my appointment with. I was pared with a young courteous service person but obviously not properly trained in GM dealership service pricing, processes or GM Customer Service tactics. This young service person didn't know how to handle customer questions or customer requests. The service person I was pared with was nice and polite but very lost when I asked questions and very lost in how to handle questions on pricing and warranty information. I was called numerous times and often left on hold for long minutes because the service person didn't know how to answer very simple questions about prices or processes. This was the worst customer service I have received from a dealership in many many years. I have hesitated to reply to this survey because I hate to give a poor rating backed up with nothing but bad customer service comments. The service person I was assigned was very polite just lost and I totally blame the dealership for the poor service I received. TRAINING IS IMPORTANT! ESPECIALLY IN SERVING THE CUSTOMERS in EVERY INTERACTION in the dealership processes! Grapevine Classic Chevrolet is the dealership I typically go to and there's a reason why they have been the number one dealership in customer satisfaction and sales. I will not chose to go back to Bruner's after the last expereince I had with them. Bruner's can do better!

My experience was very pleasant. Everything was very well organized and ready. The vehicle pricing and negotiation was clear, honest and upfront. There was no hidden fees or surprises.

They didn’t have any thing on the lot, we went in and Brian ordered us one from the factory and we were able to get what we wanted and in our price range.👍

I had a very good experience purchasing my truck from Bruner GMC. After just two easy and straightforward phone calls with Ben Sopha, we had a deal finalized without any hassle. It was refreshing to speak directly with the decision maker from the very start. Ben also went above and beyond to arrange delivery of the truck to me in Dallas on a rainy Saturday morning. The closing process was handled seamlessly by Anita Alvarez over the phone and by email—efficient, professional, and stress-free. I never even had to step foot in the dealership, though from the photos it looks to be a beautiful facility. I spoke with several other dealerships during my search, but none compared to the professionalism and customer care I received from Ben and the Bruner team.

Had to call the dealership I bought the car from to pull up information about my warranties. The dealership I bought the vehicle from is also a GM dealership. Maybe this is unreasonable, but I figured if I bought the car from a GM dealership, then why can't Bruner's get in contact with said dealership to ask about warranty information? I would assume that the dealership is going to know exponentially more about the applicable warranties than I will. Again, maybe unreasonable but that is what makes sense to me.

Had routine service scheduled for our 2018 Chev pick-up....oil change, tire rotation, check other things. I had an appointment for 1:00 PM, but my earlier schedule freed me up by 12:00.....showed up and told Russell I could wait but he said, "no problem". Got me in with Colby and they changed the oil, and concurred my tires didn't need rotation this time, but my cab A/C filer did need changing. Once again, Kudos to Shane and Gregg for hiring staff that the customer can trust to do what is in the best interest of them and the vehicle!!

We were having trouble with our Chevy pick-up not driving smoothly, in addition to issues with the tire pressure sensors. We brought it in and told Russell what we were expeiencing and he immediately predicted it was a bad tire, which it proved to be! In addition to replacing the tire pressure sensors and getting a new replacement tire, Russell suggested we take a look at the front-end alignment, and we are certainly happy he did; it was totally out of balance and by addressing it, the truck drives just like new. That is why we bring both of our vehicles to Russell for ANY service needs. He looks beyond what we tell him is wrong to find the potential deeper cause....and as a lay person, that is what we look for in SERVICE!!! As always, he went beyond the "obvious" to find the root of any problems. In our opinion, you can't say "Bruner Service" with including Russell!!

I scheduled a service appointment with Bruner, upon arrival I was greeted promptly and courteously. The service, initial oil and filter changes and tire rotation was completely quickly, total time at the dealership was just over an hour.

Very easy to work with! Ben was awesome and so was Anita!! And we loved the drivers that delivered our truck!!!
